Yes. You have the option to pay quarterly or annually.
Not at all. I welcome any bookkeeping system that works for you (because that's what's best!). I can't guarantee I can answer any QBO or Xero question you may have, but our financial trainings and other aspects of the MMM will be beneficial regardless of your system.
Time is the #1 reason we fall behind, which is exactly why everything here happens together, on a schedule.
This membership offers co-working sprints (dedicated time to catch up), 10-minute monthly check-ins, async support (ask questions on YOUR schedule), and a rhythm that carries you.
Perfect, you're my favorite kind of member. Our quarterly CFO Week includes time specifically for getting caught up. Baking in motiviation, support and accountability for staying on top of your numbers is one of the main purposes of this membership.
You don't need this membership to succeed with your spreadsheet. The spreadsheet + the AAC is a complete bookkeeping setup, with the instructions & support you need to DIY it.
The Money Maker Membership is what comes after the bookkeeping: the ongoing habit of interpreting your results, planning from them, and being held to your own goals, with a CPA in the room.

Financial First Fridays are the first Friday of every month, generally at 11am ET.
CFO Weeks run after the end of every quarter, via multiple sessions across one week in October, January, April, and July.
Live trainings will always be recorded and uploaded to your membership account to watch on demand.
Some of our financial trainings will be related to tax strategy & planning for US sellers. The rest of the content will center around leveraging your numbers for good (think metrics, KPIs, and money habits for paying yourself).
