For the first time EVER, I'm offering one-on-one DONE FOR YOU bookkeeping to a very limited amount of Paper + Spark bookkeeping spreadsheet clients.

If updating your books feels overwhelming or you’re behind on your numbers, this done-for-you service is for you. I will personally update your Paper + Spark Seller Spreadsheet for the quarter — accurately, efficiently, and without judgment!

You get clean, organized financials that you can TRUST were done right, and more mental space + time to run your business.

What's included with done-for-you books?

  • Full bookkeeping catch-up for one quarter (consecutive 3 months of your choosing)
  • All sales, expense, and transaction data entered into your existing Paper + Spark Seller Spreadsheet
  • Accurate categorization using the same categories you already use

  • Everything in the Basic Books package, plus
  • A custom 15-20 minute video + report with takeaways, suggestions, and insights into your financial results
  • Telegram or Voxer access for 1 week after you receive your finished books for you to review and ask me questions

What's not included or involved?

Tax preparation or advice

Access to your Etsy account, bank account, or ANY login stuff - I will direct you to download the necessary CSVs & reports and upload them in a safe area for me to use to update your books. 

Inventory spreadsheet updating - sorry, I can't count & measure your physical stuff! I will gladly enter your inventory purchases into your Seller Spreadsheet and leave you with a list of the transactions that you'll need to include, measure, and update over on your inventory sheet if needed.

Month-to-month updating - for now to keep things simple, I am planning to offer quarterly updates only. That can be catching up on past quarters, or you can buy in advance for future quarters, but know that I will be doing 3 months of work in one sitting.

This beta launch is not for ongoing bookkeeping services. You will only be charged once for one quarter (or however many you pay for). It's currently not set up as a recurring subscription.

Who is this for?

I am beta testing this new DFY service! Right now, I am exclusively offering this for clients who already use (or own) a Paper + Spark Seller Spreadsheet. 

New to P+S spreadsheets? No problem — you can purchase one here and still use this service.

I am also limiting this round to the first 10 customers. We'll be setting up our systems & processes during this time period, so there may be bumps along the way and I will be very open to your feedback. In light of this, I'm offering this service for a discounted rate! Get on board while you can!

If all goes well and this process is both valuable & enjoyable, I'll open up more client space later in 2025.

💰 Choose Your Transaction Tier

Please estimate your average monthly transaction volume. This should be the amount of transactions that will be manually entered. If you're already familiar with how a P+S spreadsheet works, I can import your sales CSVs from platforms like Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, etc. You do not need to include those in your guesstimate—only non‑import sales and all expenses.

This ensures we fairly price the work and set expectations up front.

⚠️ If your actual transaction volume exceeds your selected tier by more than 10%, I’ll invoice you for the appropriate tier before sending your final books. Over‑estimated? I’ll refund the difference—so please don’t stress about guessing perfectly.

FAQs & All the details

After checkout, you'll receive an onboarding email & a form with instructions. You’ll be required to upload:

  • CSV exports from the platforms you sell on (Etsy, Shopify, etc.)
  • Your bank, credit card, and PayPal statements
  • Your P+S Seller Spreadsheet inside Google Sheets

We'll keep your stuff safely stored in Google Drive, and I'll work with your sheet in Google Sheets. This allows us both to see your numbers in real time and not lose any work! 

If you need help finding any of these reports or CSV, we'll provide step-by-step instructions. You will NOT need to grant me access to any of your e-comm shops, accounts, etc. 

Nope. You’ll upload your files securely to a private folder I create for you. I never log into your selling platforms, payment processors, or bank accounts.

Since I can't come hang out at your craft studio & measure things for you, this service does not include inventory tracking or COGS updates. I will generate a separate list of all your inventory purchases based on the statements you send me, so that you know what you need to update related to inventory on your inventory sheet, if applicable.

I totally get it - don't stress. Guess what feels best and if your actual volume is over/under by 10% or more, I'll invoice you or refund you for the difference. We're both just figuring this out as we go!

Once I receive your completed files and intake form, you can expect your updated spreadsheet within 3–4 weeks for beta launch clients. Our goal is to shorten the turnaround window once we get our systems and processes nailed down!

Bougie books also include a bit of CFO-style coaching from me - you'll receive a customized video + written report with takeaways, analysis, and insights into your financial results. You also get an additional week of 1:1 Voxer or Telegram (voice & text messaging) with me for follow up questions, strategizing, and support.

If you've ever wanted a CFO's eyes on your numbers or financial feedback, the Bougie Books is a great deal!

Either or both is fine. I anticipate most people to need this as a "catch up" service, but you can also buy future quarters if you want to take that off your plate.

For example, you may buy the 12 month package, and I can update your entire 2025 books. In this case, I'd do Q1 now, update Q2 in the beginning of July, Q3 in early October, and Q4 in early January 2026.

First, my intake form will get some info on how you categorize your expenses & sales (or we'll base it on your current Seller Spreadsheet categories). As I update your books, I'll create a list of any confusing or unclear transactions. Then it's your turn to help me sort those appropriately! This process will be easy & automated.

  1. You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps, including a link to an intake form.
  2. After you submit your form, we'll email you a link to your private upload folder and a checklist of necessary docs.
  3. Once we review we've got everything we need from you, you'll get an email from us that it's officially ON! Expect to get your completed books back within 2-3 weeks, with an email or two from me with questions about any unclear transactions in the meantime.
  4. If you purchased Bougie Books, you'll get a customized financial insights report & video, plus have a whole week for Q&A access to me via Voxer or Telegram.

I'm only offering this service for P+S Seller Spreadsheet users. If you're new and want to go this route, you can buy a Seller Spreadsheet here first, then purchase this service immediately after.

If you're already using a P+S spreadsheet, we can still offer you this service. You'll need to be able to provide all the same necessary reports, and we may have some extra questions for you! Again - we can't provide any sort of tax advice for your location.
